EMPLOYERS - NEW GUIDELINES

New guidelines enacted by the Federal Government are effective 1 January 2010. These affect all businesses trading as a company, including as trustee.

We recommend employers visit the Fair Work Australia Website to download relevant information sheets. Areas affected include written employment contracts, employment of casuals and part timers, workplace flexibility taking into account family care, challenges to unfair dismissals and more.
