Chris Waples

Chris is the Managing Director of Bartons and leads the Business Advisory and Tax team. His qualifications include BA(Acc), FCA CTA FAICD. He is also a member of the Bartons Medical team and a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience.

Chris is on the board of Australian Palliative Link International Inc., and Surgical Volunteers Ltd. In his spare time, Chris relishes spending time with his family, fishing, travelling and appreciating good food and wine.

Leanne Carnegie-Smith

Leanne is a Director with Bartons and a Chartered Accountant. Her qualifications include BA(Acc), CA. She manages Bartons extensive and long established portfolio of clients' Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF’s).

Leanne specialises in superannuation strategy, estate planning, business establishment and capital gains taxation. In her spare time, Leanne enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Adam McCann

Adam is a Director with Bartons. He leads the Bartons Financial Planning Team and is a key point of contact for medical professionals and practices to access our integrated offering across tax, accounting, wealth management, risk protection and lending. His qualifications include CFP®, Dip FP, GDM. He is a Certified Financial Planner and specialises in financial planning and risk protection. Adam has also successfully completed the FASEA Exam.

Adam draws on his specialised insights to guide medical professionals and Bartons’ professional and executive clients to optimise their financial position today to ensure long term financial independence and security.

Adam is the outgoing Oceania Chair of MDRT 2020 (globally the largest Financial Services Association). He is a keen world traveller and enjoys good food and wine, then burns off the extra calories by bushwalking and skiing with his family and friends.

Jordan Dinning

Jordan helps clients work on their business, rather than in their business. His qualifications include BCom (Acc), ATIA and PCA. He has a keen interest in business development and marketing strategies while focusing on proactively engaging with his clients to help them make informed financial decisions.

Jordan is a key member on the Community Committee and works very closely with Hutt St Centre and The Village Co and enjoys motorsport, travelling, water skiing and supporting his beloved Hawks.

Adrian Guarino

Adrian is our Head of Strategic Advice and Senior Financial Advisor who specialises in working with clients with complex needs and providing sound strategic advice. Adrian has worked across different advice businesses and most recently worked with BT Financial Group providing advice to High Net Worth individuals and Commercial business owners. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Financial Planning and Finance and is also a SMSF Specialist Advisor™. Adrian is also a member of three Professional Associations, the FPA, the SMSF Association and the Tax Practitioners Board. Adrian has also successfully completed the FASEA Exam.

When Adrian is away from work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters. He also enjoys catching up with friends and family over good food and wine and is a keen supporter of the Sydney Swans.

Christopher Pepe

Christopher is an RG146 compliant Financial Adviser who holds a double degree in Commerce (Accounting) and Applied Finance (Financial Planning). Christopher offers an exceptional advice experience by being result driven and client focused.

Away from work, Christopher enjoys catching up for coffee and having a quality conversation. He loves travelling with his fiancé and spending time with his family and beloved pets.

Jordan Kitto

Jordan is a Financial Advisor within the Bartons medical team and plays a key role within our young Doctors membership program; Bartons Black. His qualifications are FASEA approved and include BAppFin and GradDipFP. Jordan is a subject matter expert within the life insurance sector and uses these skills to directly support our clients by managing the claims division at Bartons.

In his spare time, Jordan enjoys browsing his local Bunnings store, tending to his garden, playing board games and exploring the endless new dining opportunities that Uber Eats provides.

Matt Baczyk

Matt is a Chartered Accountant and a Manager in our Business Advisory and Tax team where he specialises in assisting Health Professionals with their tax and financial needs. This interest in assisting Health Professionals began with Matt’s involvement in his families medical practice and then developed during his professional career with his contribution to teams and accounting firms dedicated to assisting this sector.

In addition to his Bachelor of Commerce (Acc) and CA, Matt is currently undertaking his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with the goal of engaging in strategic business discussions and providing appropriate advice to clients.

Matt enjoys attending a variety of sporting events as well as cooking for family and friends.

Nikki Page

Nikki is a Lending Advisor at Bartons with 9 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry. She completed the Finance and Mortgage Broking Diploma in 2016. Having personal experience with property from a young age, Nikki understands both sides of the fence and the importance of quality advice and service to guide clients through the finance experience with a minimum of fuss.

Nikki has a passion for the industry and has developed her knowledge and experience for all finance related advice including particularly residential property, commercial property, and business finance. She has experience with a broad range of occupations and professions, including but not limited to medical practitioners, construction and health care workers, real estate, agriculture and hospitality.

Away from work, Nikki enjoys going out for brunch on the weekends and enjoying a good coffee. She also enjoys travelling and spending quality time with family and friends

Priya Chadha

Priya is a Senior Manager in the Business and Advisory Tax Team with over 20 years experience.
Her qualifications include Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce, Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor.

Priya’s main focus is with Small to Medium Enterprises specialising in the Hospitality and Tourism, Medical, Manufacturing and Construction sectors, and she has worked closely with Industry Associations in this Sector to provide thought leadership and education to their members. She has a passion for assisting her clients achieve their lifetime financial and business goals.

Priya loves travel, and, in her free time enjoys spending time with family and friends and supporting South Australian business eating out and going to the theatre and music festivals.

Her other key passion is to use her finance and legal background to help not for or profit organizations achieve their mission, as a member of their Board and finance committees.
