Nicholas is a Commercial and Asset Finance Specialist at Bartons, known for delivering practical, strategic lending solutions that help clients grow and leverage their wealth.

With a background in property valuation and lending, Nicholas combines deep market insight with a relationship-first approach to finance. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) and a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, giving him a strong foundation in both asset valuation and financial structuring.

His career includes roles at two of Australia’s Big Four banks, and most recently as a Medical and Dental Relationship Manager – where he supported professionals with complex finance needs across commercial, asset, and business portfolios.

At Bartons, Nicholas works closely with clients and their accountant to deliver lending solutions that complement broader financial and tax strategies. He assists with SMSF lending, commercial property finance, equipment and vehicle finance, business cash flow lending, and debt recycling. His strength lies in structuring loans that align with both immediate needs and long-term wealth objectives.

Outside the office, Nicholas has a passion for residential development and home renovation – interests that give him an edge when working with property-focused clients. He’s also a keen home cook and enjoys exploring Adelaide’s diverse food scene on weekends.
